Pia works as a trusted advisor for a wide range of international growth companies, especially with the recruitment of specialists and leaders in IT/Tech, engineering, sales and marketing – both nationally and internationally. She is responsible for cross-border recruitment in Denmark and continuously recruits across European countries on behalf of our clients. Pia’s approach is defined by professionalism, honesty, constructive dialogue, and a constant commitment to creating long-term, sustainable solutions for both clients and candidates.
